Always a stop on the way to beach to get a whole Boston butt and a slab of ribs. Excellent and reasonable priced. And then on way home always a stop for the double cheese burger hangover killer. Never disappoints. Cash only but there’s an atm at the gas station.
The food was awesome, great flavor on the ribs, potato salad was amazing. All the sides we had were great! I was just looking for some hwy side bbq joints and this place fulfilled my needs and more. 3 thank you! I stole a piece of my dads shrimp too, so much flavor 3 3
Baby.... Baby.... I stopped at this exit for a meet. I saw this little bbq joint and said, "Let me see what they have." I got out and studied the menu. It is posted right next to the window. I saw that they had corn nuggets, my favorite. The lady came right to the window while I was looking over the menu. Excellent customer service. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and an order of corn nuggets. Listen here... THIS IS THE BEST 13.XX that I've spent in a while. This burger was presented beautifully and is HUGE. There was also a generous portion of corn nuggets. I'm bookmarking this exit as a stop from now on. AHmazing

Worth the stop. We all had the bbq pork sandwich. Could taste the smoke flavor. Lots of good meat. Huge sandwich. Moist but not fatty. Light on the bbq sauce but allowed us to taste the smoke and not make a mess in the car. Was impressed.
This was the best burger I've ever had. The meat was fresh and seasoned well, the bacon was thick and cooked perfectly, and all of the vegetables were amazingly fresh. All together it was a huge juicy delight. The potato salad was incredible, and I only regret not getting the largest size possible. Besides the perfect meal the service was great, and the woman who helped us was so kind. She was able to brighten my mood in the short time she spoke to us. I wish I could leave more stars! Sadly I'm not from the area but I'm making a point to come back any chance I get.
Cheeseburger is awesome! The small one filled me up. Love the sauce for the mushrooms, mushrooms had a tad bit of a tinny taste. Good value for the food you get.
Stopped by an old gas station for a quick stretch break and saw this hole in the wall BBQ trailer beside it. There was a line on this very hot day which tells you all you need to know. We ordered pork bbq sandwiches for the road. They were HUGE! The smoked pork was so tender with just a tiny bit of bbq sauce so it didn’t over power the delicious meat. Definitely some of the best pulled pork Q I’ve ever eaten. We will stop if ever passing through this part of i65 again. 10/10 recommend.
